Lovely as always, not sure how many years I have been going to them but like always it was fun and the food was great. Seeing people you haven’t seen in awhile is always very nice and if you haven’t been to one of the Ladies Luncheons before then you don’t know what you are missing, so make sure you put the Luncheon on your calendar for next year, that’s provided you live in or around Meadview. Oh and Olga from our Choir sang for us and as always she did a beautiful job, wonderful Olga as always. Meadview Community Church is a wonderful church and you are always welcome.

Every Thursday night I go the VFW and play WI Bowling, I love the V but I am not the best Wi Bowler in town but still enjoy it. Everyone picks a number and that is how you get your bowling partner for the night. Poor Ed, one of the best Wi Bowlers and who dose he get partnered with? Me!! Sorry Ed. No matter how hard I try I don’t seem to get any better, maybe I should do everybody a favor and give up Wi Bowling. Oh well feeling sorry for my self is not going to make me a better bowler!

You know I bet the guy that invented the shredder was not very old because us old folks know better than get rid of a paper that looks important because as soon as you do someone is going to ask you a question and the answer will be on that paper that you saved because it looked important! Sure enough it happened tonight and I still had the paper with the information on it she needed, I am pretty sure she would have gotten the information it would have just taken a little longer. Although it was nice to have the information she needed I do believe it is time to start shredding. Oh well we will see.
Good Night!

Sometimes when we say Thank You to someone I am not sure they really know how much you appreciate what they do for you. Today my brother drove me to Kingman so I could get some perceptions filled and I just wanted him to know how much it meant to me. Thanks Bud, you are the best brother ever and I love you very much.

We can only hope so, I am talking about the Password thing, I have never had so much difficultly with such a stupid thing, it is so bad that I even ask my sister-in-law to come over tomorrow and help me figure out what I am doing wrong. Never the one to give up, I think I might have figured it out. Going to shut this down and see whats happens.

Wow is it windy, really windy. We have a lot of wind here in Meadview and my husband hated the wind, I never minded it but this is even getting on my nerves. Dosen’t help that the wind is also very cold, I always thought that when people said their blood thinned down from the warmth they were full of crap but I think there might be some truth in that statement. For years when my friends here in Meadview would say it was cold I would say to them “Na just a Michigan spring day” but today I can honestly say it is cold!! We can only hope that when the wind stops so will the cold because my blood must have really thinned out because it is really cold out. Just checked the weather, says it is 60 degrees out there and there is a wind advisory till 10:00 PM tonight. Not so sure about the temperature because it feels a lot colder than 60 degrees but they sure got the wind part right!! Gracie, my little three pound Yorkie, use to hate the wind and every time it would blow like this she use to try to climb on top of my head (never could figure that out) but now that she has gotten older she doesn’t hear so well and the wind don’t bother her so much, she just sleeps right though the wind which is good thing for her and my head. Hey the wind has calmed down a little maybe I should take her out while she can stand still and not get blown away.

Yes the dreaded password, I don’t understand it, how many times do you have to change it? You know I believe there is a Password Ghost and I believe his mission in life is to make anything having to do with a Password unbearable. Trust me he is doing a very good job but after much thought I am beginning to believe that maybe I am not suppose to write this Blog because trying to log into it keeps giving me all this trouble with the stupid Password. Anyway tomorrow is another day and I can only hope that that doesn’t call for another Password change because like I said how many Passwords can you make up? Right now I am thinking Barking Dog because my silly little dog won’t stop barking, guess she wants to go outside. Catch you later, unless the Password Ghost wins and I need to change the stupid Password again.

You know you have changed your Password to much when you can no longer think up a new Password, I believe I have reached that point. Either my computer hates me or I am just getting to old to use a computer! Getting old is no fun but it beats your options, I don’t remember having all these problems. Maybe that is the problem I don’t remember!! Oh well I worked so hard to get here, with the stupid password, I am to tired to write anything so I will close for now. Talk to you later, maybe.

So,this may come as no surprise, I didn’t win at the Big Bingo Bash in Vegas this weekend! Nope, not even one bingo! Four days of playing Bingo for five or six hours a day and not one time did I get to yell Bingo, oh I am wrong they had everyone yell Bingo to practice for the real thing. Unfortunately the real thing didn’t happen for me, as much as I like playing Bingo it is no fun just sitting around watching everyone else win. Next year I will have to give some serious thought to the whole Bingo thing! We shall see, who knows, things change. People do win, the lady sitting across from me won $5,000.00. Like they say “You don’t play you can’t win”, which is true but you can only lose so much and then it is no fun. Like they say, “There is no place like home” my Zoo was very happy to have me back home, even though I am sure they enjoyed having my Brother Bud stay with them. He is a very special man and I love him dearly. Thanks so very much Bud!!!

Yes, I must say it is beautiful to look at but I don’t miss it at all. My son sent me a couple of photos today, said he had to shovel the Porch and sidewalk three times already. Funny how when someone says something to you your mind sends you to another time and place. When he told me about shoveling the snow it made me think of Bill using the snow blower to do the driveway in Troy. Funny, when I think about all the pictures I have taken that I never took a photo of Bill snow blowing the driveway wearing his Motorcycle helmet, visor down and everything, what a riot! So many great memories, in fact Gwen and I was talking today about the snow that Michigan was getting and we both almost at the same time said “Do you remember the time we drove to the Cottage and we got 17 inches of snow on the way?” Then we get there, put on our Snowmobile suits go outside and can’t figure out why nobody is out riding around on their Snowmobiles. Well, it’s 20 below zero. You know that’s one of the things that makes getting older easier, you have all those great memories.

Oh and by the way it is just about 60 degrees here in Meadview and like I said the Snow is beautiful to look at but I don’t miss it at all but i do enjoy the photos!
